This rapid growth is attributed to the adoption of voice AI across various sectors, including e-commerce, fintech, edtech, telecom, and media. The technology has redefined customer engagement, with companies like Meesho automating thousands of customer support calls daily and platforms like Pocket FM using AI for cost-effective multilingual storytelling.
Local Partnerships and Innovations
